WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We accept payments through Zelle, Venmo and cash.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

Our prices are generally based upon completing the job and not on an hourly basis. The reason is simple - we have invested in some very expensive technology and equipment which is more efficient and effective than that which most people typically expect. In addition to our investment in our personnel we have invested in our equipment which is our means and methods of performing the various tasks. Our performance is not only based on time but rather efficiency as well. It would appear that our hourly rates are high in comparison to others you might consider but our job performance will exceed that of any competitor. On rare instances we might price a cleaning assignment by the hour but generally we do not. Our Concierge services can be priced by the hour as agreed.

DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?

Currently we prefer to price our services with a personalized visit to the premises. If absolutely necessary, we could accommodate a video inspection to determine a price with the understanding that if upon arrival conditions encountered are different than expected that the price will be revised and agreed to prior to any work undertaken.
